Job Title: Customer Care / Operations Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment: Full-time

Job Description

  • Focus on providing a professional service by liaising with third parties, other company offices and agencies to resolve query or issues such as shipping companies, terminal operator and custom.
  • Ability to generate assessment for payment of custom duty
  • Updating and liaising with client on their shipments
  • Assist Sales Lead with quotation and product knowledge
  • Conversant with relevant clearing documents
  • Ability to process Form M and PAAR
  • Excellent communication skill – both in writing and verbal
  • Follow up with prospective client for job allocation
  • Monitoring shipment from arrival to return of empty container back to stack

Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates with 2 – 3 years work experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry, and an HND or B.Sc. in relevant discipline.
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
