Job Description
- As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share penetration of our enterprise products by closing new deals with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a go-to-market tactics for direct and indirect sales across multiple regions within the company’s market segmentations.
- Generate revenue through strategic sales and channel partnerships in the FMCG sector.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through direct prospecting, relationships, referrals and inbound leads.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability by targeting and mapping out opportunities within large and medium enterprises.
- Meet and communicate with customers virtually or on site, where necessary.
- Conduct in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Effectively navigate and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve & exceeds monthly/quarterly sales quota.
- Develop and deliver reports regarding key prospects and sales potential on a regular basis.
Competenices Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years+ sales experience in a mid-sized organization preferably in technology.
- Good territorial knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work diligently and ethically toward the achievement of goals
- Smart, excellence-driven, passionate, enthusiastic, and goal oriented.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Good composure and self-confidence.
- Good initiative, judgment, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent networker and listener with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
