A key distributor to a multinational telephone company with a track record and its Head Office in Lagos and branches all over Nigeria, due to expansion, is recruiting qualified professionals to join their team in the position below:

Job Title: General Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily business operations
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies
  • Training low-level managers and staff
  • Creating and managing budgets
  • Improving revenue
  • Hiring employees
  • Evaluating performance and productivity
  • Analysing accounting and financial data and providing guidance.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • A University Degree in Accounting, Business administration or Economics with not less than 7 years working experience
  • An aggressive and hard charging with I can do attitude, with a minimum 4 – 5 years experience in Marketing & Sales management and must have a very good understanding of B2B marketing approach 123
  • A team player with very strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in managing and directing highly skilled, motivate, successful and result oriented team
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication skills (both written and oral)
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
