Job Title: General Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Training low-level managers and staff
- Creating and managing budgets
- Improving revenue
- Hiring employees
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Analysing accounting and financial data and providing guidance.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- A University Degree in Accounting, Business administration or Economics with not less than 7 years working experience
- An aggressive and hard charging with I can do attitude, with a minimum 4 – 5 years experience in Marketing & Sales management and must have a very good understanding of B2B marketing approach 123
- A team player with very strong interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in managing and directing highly skilled, motivate, successful and result oriented team
- Strong leadership qualities with good communication skills (both written and oral)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
