Job Title: Senior Manager, Business Development / Sales (EdTech)

Description
- We are looking for an individual with start-up experience, eDTech, business development, and sale for the role of a Senior Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive business partnerships and collaborations locally and internationally.
- Own and grow the sales and revenue for B2C and B2B with the responsibility of getting relevant End users / customers onboarded.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations to attain accelerated growth.
- Research ways to penetrate new markets
- Identify and build partnerships with non-profits, social entrepreneurs, technology companies with expertise and capabilities in building and scaling EdTech innovations.
- Support and Manage the existing EdTech portfolio to grow and be more impactful through continuous strategic support.
- Develop and implement strategies to create better demand for Fliplearnkids products and services.
Requirements
What are we looking for:
- 6-8 years of sales experience in B2C and B2B in the EdTech Industry or similar industry with management experience.
- Relevant Degree Qualification
- Sales proficiency with a track record of outstanding sales achievements – Excellent communication and team management skills
- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch
- Start-up Exposure is preferred
