Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) Facilitator

Location: Abuja / Asaba – Delta / Port Harcourt – Rivers / Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Overview

• Energy Talent Company is expanding and we are recruiting experienced solar engineers across different regions to facilitate our online and in-person training sessions with our talents.
• The SME Facilitator will join an elite team in the implementation of the program that supports the training and career development of the trainees.

Job Description

• Facilitate our online and and offline sessions with talents
• Respond to questions and issues raised by talents during the training sessions
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 5+ years experience in renewable energy projects
• Experience coaching and/or facilitation, especially for young adults.
• Success in building trusting, collaborative relationships within and across teams.
• Should be proficient in the use of slack, canvas and zoom for communication with talents
• Good communication skill both written and verbal
• Solar system design and analysis
• Solar systems installation and maintenance
• Technical report writing

Qualifications

• First Degree in an Engineering related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solar energy sector
• Currently working / running a solar company leading a team of junior / intermediate level engineers.
