- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Availing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
