Responsibilities
- Oversesees operations & day to day management and training centers
- Coordinate the activities of the Management Development and Technical Training Programs
- Work closely to collaborate and develop partnerships with target Institutions, suppliers, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other Governmental bodies to drive the strategic objectives
- Manage a team of qualified instructors and support staff
- Coordinate the activities of the Management Development and Technical Training Programs
- Design and implement Management training programs
- Evaluate alignment of external vendor Programs with training plan: Assessing training delivery, content, and effectiveness of external vendors & internal faculty.
- Define the learning priorities, the governance of learning programs, provide feedback and suggest improvements in module design
- Responsible for developing and nurturing mutual beneficial relationships with partners.
- Ensure continuous learning and performance coaching, particularly for the critical skills and leadership talent pipeline
- Monitor and Manage OPEX / CAPEX and Direct Training Budgets for training centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Masters Degree in Learning and Development or related field will be an added advantage
- At least 10 years’ experience in related field
- Ability to be proactive, manage multiple projects simultaneously and focus on critical learning priorities
- Demonstrated experience in management of employee training and development program
- Suitable candidate will also have demonstrated successful experience leveraging technology in order to deliver training in new ways
- Excellent organizational and analytical skill with strong attention to details
- Computer/software proficiency
- Possess strong leadership and people skills with ability to leverage those relationships across the business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure execution of training programs
- Strong work ethic and ability to produce high quality work under tight deadlines
- Possess good people management skills and ability to manage a team remotely.
