Job Description
- Assisting customer service staff in managing customer inquiries,complaints and service
- Providingleadership tonew customer service employees
- Training customer service staff
- Delegating tasks to followers in her department
- Monitoring performance of customer service staff and production staff
- Monitoring performance of customer service staff and recommend improvement activities
- Organizing work schedule
- Developing standard work procedures
- Collecting data and preparing reports
- Assisting customer service staff during evacuation and accounting.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
- Candidates who must reside in Enugu should apply.
Salary
N50,000 / month.
