Job Title: Administrative Officer

Job Descriptions
- Front desk management/ Resolving queries, issues from operations team and frontline.
- Assist/Support the in the day to day running of the office.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Oversee the assets of the company and ensure that they are at optimal performance standards at all times whilst ensuring compliance to internal control measures.
- Ensure office facility is kept clean and organized at all time, maintain ambient and safe work environment.
- Monitors inventory of office supplies, update order and re-stock as when needed in line with approved budget.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient, maintains and update various subscriptions/renewals.
- Organize and supervise support staff.
- Must be computer literate, knowledgeable on Excel, Microsoft word, etc.
- Proactive and ability to multitask without supervision.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND qualification with 3 – 5 years work experience.
Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 / month.
