Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fertility Products)

Description

  • We require the services of self-motivated and results oriented professionals who will inter-phase effectively with the healthcare professionals and the trade channel operators in the territories / product portfolios assigned to them.
  • They will be required to secure the endorsement and prescription at the company’s brands by the healthcare professionals and driving for optimum visibility in the trade channels.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the profitable management of the fertility products portfolio of the company by:

  • Creating maximum awareness of the company’s brands of fertility products among health care professionals- Gynaecologists / Obstetricians and enlisting them to prescribe them for their patients.
  • Effective management of the team of Sales Representatives to deliver on their sales targets through the healthcare professionals.

Qualifications / Experience / Competences

  • Minimum of First Degree in Pharmacy. Membership of PSN
  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager selling Ethical brands in a well-organized pharmaceutical company.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good inter personal and leadership skills and a strong and infectious “can do” attitude.
  • Knowledge of the setup of Specialist and Teaching Hospitals and ability to network with the healthcare professionals.
