Job Title: Cluster Manager

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and supervise the operations of the Shops under his/her purview.
  • Ensure Shop’s targets are actualized and exceeded on a Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery trough effective team training, on the job assessment and staff mentoring.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction – ensure compliance with approved Turn Around Time
  • (TAT)
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints through effective communication with back and follow up with the customer
  • Maintain a 96% First Time Resolution (FTR) of customer complaints and objections.
  • Carry out QA/QC function –
    • Ensure compliance with CRM processes through audit of SIM replacement documentation, SIM registration documentation, SIEBEL usage an computing of SR, SIM Replacement tracker, OMNIDOC Upload, Server Backup, attendance register, functional POS printers, Issuance of receipts to customers etc.
    • Ensure compliance with documentation processes – Daily sales reporting, weekly reporting, weekly and bi-weekly stock count, dual control of vault keys, weekly and monthly bank reconciliation, bin cards, stock management – bin cards, stock issuance registers, stock movement, stock transfers, GONs/GIN5, Manual receipts, Manual Registers, Audit Objections file etc.
    • Check balances on eTop up phone. Kabira Application and POS Inventory to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify deviations from Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure prompt alignment.
  • Manage all matters relating to staff discipline within assigned Cluster
  • Ensure 100% compliance to ALL Management policies which may be released from time to time through SMS. E-mail, Memos and other medium employed by Management for staff communication
  • Ensure good housekeeping culture – Cleanliness of the shops and their surroundings and timely repairs
  • Responsible for staff motivation, coaching and development
  • Source for and identify new business opportunities for shops under their purview
  • Develop winning strategies to grow sales revenue within their coverage area
  • Responsible for Cluster Reporting
  • Audit the use of all cluster consumables
  • Responsible for shops visitation and carry out assessment with approved checklist.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • First Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Information Systems, Finance or any related field.
  • Masters’ degree Will be an added advantage.
  • 8 – 10 years of retail/shop sales experience with at least 3 years in an FMCG environment
  • Proven track record of managing teams of Supervisors, Assistant Managers and working with cross functional teams
  • Possession of strong analytical and interpretation skills
  • Good knowledge of telecom process required.
