Job Title: Spa Operations Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Hire and train employees
- Create a weekly staff schedule
- Oversee marketing and customer relationship management initiatives
- Fill any non-specialised roles when employees are absent
- Ensure we comply with all employment laws and safety regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
- Cosmetology or other spa-related experience
- Management experience
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Actively grow revenue and profit lines.
- Drive maximum room occupancy and therapist utilisation.
- Maintain Health & Safety and Hygiene of the building.
- Works with the Membership Sales Manager to develop a membership strategy to reach new/potential members and create calendars of events, newsletters and general communication for current ones.
- Drive secondary revenue opportunities to match and supplement treatment revenues including but not limited to retail products, personal training and non member classes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 – 4 years of work experience.
Remuneration
N50,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
