Job Title: Customer Service Intern
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Experience managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell hair care products to prospective customers or clients.
- Explains product’s benefits, features and history to customers
- Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
- Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
- Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
- Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, and proof of payment with each logistics partner
- Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.
Task:
- Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Strict Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess at least an SSCE Certificate
- No experience needed
- Ability to counter customer objections
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell
- Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
- Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
- Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.
Salary
- N50,000 monthly and additional performance commission.
