Strategic Outsourcing Limited (SOL) – Our client in the FMCG Industry is urgently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Van Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective
The ideal candidates should be self-motivated enough to reach out and bring in new clientele through outdoor marketing to supermarkets, wholesalers and individuals, cooperatives, online stores, with the following daily responsibilities:

  • Canvas for new clients by visiting prospective.
  • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into paid customers
  • Communicating with current and potential clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of ND Holder
  • Ability to drive with a valid driver licence.
  • Minimum of two years proven experience in sales and marketing in FMCG Packaged Food, Food, Tobacco, and Cosmetics.
  • Good understanding of merchandizing and negotiating techniques and market terrain
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Age: 25 – 35 years.

Must possess the following:

  • Interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Managerial Skills.
  • Reporting Skills.

Remuneration
N60,000/month (2.5% commission on sales (upon meeting set targets).
