We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT User Support Specialist

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Escalating technical issues to the relevant parties when needed and following up till the issues are closed.
- Ensuring all standards and procedures are followed and maintained.
- Answering queries and resolving issue relating to usage of standard applications and IT services.
- Providing monthly help desk reports.
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
- You possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 2 years experience, ideally within a Helpdesk / Technical Support / User support role.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are familiar with any of Android OS, IOS OS, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Windows, VM, UNIX and LINUX (Redhat, UBUNTU) operating systems.
- Good knowledge of any of Oracle DB, MySQL and Microsoft SQL databases.
- You possess any of CompTIA Network+, CCNA/CCNP (Cisco Certified Network) and ITIL certifications.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
Salary
NGN 1,440,000 – 1,800,000 / Annum
