We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network Support Engineer

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Installing new software
• Installing and maintenance of hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.)
• Design, plan and execute the configuration of routing and switching equipment to deliver quality projects within set timelines and international standards
• Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Network maintenance and monitoring
• Technical support for clients using the network
• Training staff on new systems
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Making sure all IT meets industry standards
• Managing basic On-Premises ticketing software to help manage tickets from request to resolution
• Installation of radios on Telecoms Masts, Troubleshooting, Alignment and Panning of Radios.
• Any additional technical and operational tasks that the Company may require.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 6 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
