Job Title: Stakeholder Executive (Local – within Nigeria)
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Position Summary
- This position will assist in the implementation of stakeholder’s engagement with Government Authorities, Community engagement, public relations and CSR Initiative as formulated by the GM/Head of Government Relations & Security.
Principal Accountabilities
- Sustain the convivial relationship with MWUN, NPA, NIMASA, Shippers Council as guided by the strategy formulated by the GM/Head of Government Relations and Security.
- Complication of NIS, NEPZA Monthly returns and documentation.
- Implementation of CSR plan as formulated by the GM/Head of Government Relations & Security.
- Support with the planning and delivery of workshops, Community and focus group.
- Support the development and successful implementation of communication and detailed tactical delivery plan.
- Follow up on documentation process with LFZ relating to NIS, Customs through NEPZA as guided by the GM/Head of Government Relations & Security.
- Support stakeholder mapping and prepare communication to stakeholders after synchronization with the GM/Head of Government Relations and Security.

Critical Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Requires University Degree / HND qualification
- Minimum of five years’ work experience.
- Appreciation of the infrastructure – related political environment.
- Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
- Requires strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company.
- Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situation. in complex business environment.
- Ability to develop and implement stakeholders’ engagement plan.
- Requires knowledge to review and interpret survey and other data.
- Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management.
- Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
