We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Administrator
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Roles & Resposibilities
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
- Keep records and reports up to date.
- Help maintain the budget plan.
- Organize and schedule meetings and events.
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities.
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise.
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
- Maintaining all policies and proceedures manuals.
- Developing strong relationships with cross functional teams and department.
- Guide the company’s activities.
- Assist managers in compiling annual reports
Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
- Minnimum of 5 years experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Manager or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
