Description

  • Drive revenue growth across Enterprise Business channel ecosystem
  • Drive value and innovation through the partner ecosystem based on shared functions between partnerships and channel management – contracting, partner on-boarding, governance and SLA management
  • Define KPIs and agree on SLAs with SME Sales Agencies (SSAs) and other retail outlets
  • Review compliance to SLAs by channel partners
  • Serve as a primary liaison between SSAs, Retail Outlets, Online Channel Partners and MTN internal teams
  • Ensure delivery of trainings to sales agents and Frontline sales  teams on MTN Enterprise products and solutions
  • Ensure sales agents are provided with tools-of-trade, branded T-shirts, Face caps, contract lines etc
  • Ensure creation of user accounts on Enterprise Partner Portal for SME Sales Agencies/Partners
  • Ensure creation of user accounts on SME App for SSAs’ field agents and Frontline Sales teams
  • Monitor and review sales performance across channel ecosystem
  • Provide periodic reports on sales and segmentation updates by field sales teams and Frontline teams across MTN retail outlets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with all channel partners with the view to increase sales of Enterprise business Fixed, ICT and Mobile services in the assigned territories
  • Manage the implementation of sales commissions, incentives and recognitions/awards
  • Ensure working synergy between Channel Partners and Customer Support, Tele-sales, Finance, TP Ordering, Logistics and other internal units
  • Ensure Channel Partners support Enterprise Business promotional activities
  • Provide support to SSAs in order to ensure effectiveness of ordering process
  • Review performance of individual team members and complete appraisals in accordance with the employee performance appraisal procedures and time schedules.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of University Degree in any related discipline
  • Masters degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
  • Fluent in English.

Experience:

  • 6 – 13 years’ experience which includes:
    • Minimum 5 years in a sales role
    • Prior experience managing indirect channels sales operation within telecommunications and or FMCG sector
    • Good knowledge of business and data analytics
    • Proven written and oral communication skill
