Job Description
- Our client is in need of an eloquent Customer Success Representative who will manage all client inquiries, and liaise with the Logistics and Facility Management teams in fulfilling client orders.
- The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for sourcing and retaining customers
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Work cross-functionally with Facility Management and Logistics teams.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher National Diploma (Preferred)
- 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal,written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work
- Must be a team player
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Smart and proactive approach to dealing with customers
- Sales oriented and an excellent problem solver
- Highly Organized.
- Candidates must reside within close proximity to VI.
Work Hours:
- 9am – 6pm | Monday – Friday | Remotely on Saturdays.
Salary
N70,000.00 per month.
