Job Title: Specialist, Process Assurance

Principal Functions

Job Title: Specialist, IT / Technical Procurement

• To perform the daily procurement activities in an efficient way to guarantee getting goods/services at the best terms and right time at competitive prices while ensuring adherence to procurement policies and processes. Generate reports, TCO, financial modelling and other reports as may be required.

Principal Functions 
Reporting:

• Conduct TCO (Total cost of Ownership for related transactions
• Analyze supply and demand market trends
• Coordinate technical procurement weekly and monthly reporting
• Analyze and review evaluation reports, competitive offer summary sheet
• Track and keep data base of historical prices, calculate and vet indexation/ escalation clauses in technical contract to ensure correctness

• Carry out monthly analyses of MASPs revenue contribution and margins to ensure healthy VAS revenue and escalate any observed anomaly.
• Provide analytics and proposition intelligence to support the launch of special offers and determine appropriate discounts without diluting revenue and margins.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to secure timely management approvals for prepaid voice, data, MFS and VAS offers
• Follow through with IT on testing, implementation, and post-launch analyses of data, MFS and VAS offers.

Principal Functions

• Performs, individually or as part of a team, IT and Technical audits of the Company in accordance with the Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Audit as set forth by the IIA, and department standards.
• Plans and executes technology audit projects (both IT and Telecom) designed to provide assessment of internal control processes and operational performance, in accordance with department and professional standards.

• Prepares and reviews audit work papers and reports the result of reviews of assigned activities and recommended management action.

• Minimum of four (4)  years post NYSC experience in Operational IT & Technical audit in an environment that provides exposure to sophisticated technology audit techniques, network security, technology infrastructure, software development, project management, or a related field for which Internal Audit has a need.
• Qualified as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP).
