We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Chef / Cook
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ensures that food is delivered on time
- Follows proper safety, hygiene and sanitation practices
- Ensures readiness at all times
- Accepts and prepares special orders, and ensures proper posting to guest folio
- Stores unused food properly
- Prepares all BBQ items for daily operation
- Is responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, in his section to ensure highest possible quality at all times
- Positive attitude and passion for cuisines
- Planning and determining all food production
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of all kitchen equipment, tools, and supplies
- Minimum of 2 years work experience as Cook or Chef
- 5 years working experience in kitchen
- Candidates must have a firm knowledge of the various Cuisine
