Job Description
- Customer services representatives will provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer’s accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- He/she must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. love to talk and understand the value of good communication and skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction build sustainable relationships and trust with customers accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Follow communication procedures, guildlines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage with customers.
- Handle customer’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, folow up to ensure the resolution
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess an HND / Degree with relevant work experience.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
