We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Isolo / Ejigbo / Jakande Estate / Okota – Lagos
Job Type: Full Time
Industry: FMCG / Foods / Beverage

Responsibilities

  • Daily reconciliation of production and supply chain activities
  • Preparing error-free invoices for works done and following up on key offices to ensure prompt payment
  • Maintaining electronic and physical records of Operatives for ease of payment of salaries and statutory remittance
  • Ensuring the availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Operatives
  • Daily review of attendance register to ensure that shift plans are adhered to and Operatives do not exceed approved work hours.
  • General office administrative functions such as maintenance of first aid kit, supply of office materials, etc.

Requirements
Requirements and skills:

  • Minimum of OND in any field
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience as an Administration Officer.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and with little or no supervision
  • Attention to details and ability to proffer solutions to issues on the spot.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
