Operations Manager at Oasis Premium and Executive Water Company Limited

Oasis Premium and Executive Water Company Limited, a new water bottling company located in Elebu Area, Ibadan, Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Interior Elebu Area, Ibadan – Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide and ensure that staff safely and proactively carry out their daily duties
• Meeting performance targets for raw materials and maintaining good manufacturing practices
• Properly plan and coordinate activities to reduce downtime issues
• Effective coordination of activities in all sections of the company
• Responsible for meeting production and distribution targets of the company
• Motivate and lead all staff towards optimal performance
• Effective control and discipline in the work environment
• Proper human relations abilities
• Ability to liaise appropriately with suppliers of raw materials
• Ability to grow good interaction with equipment maintenance/ engineering teams to reduce downtimes
• Ability to maintain company account
• Ready to provide detailed twice-weekly reports to directors

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Business Management or in a related field
• Good accounting reconciliation acumen
• Prior experience in coordinating operations of water bottle processing company or similar company
• Readiness to live in Ibadan with good access to the company
• Solid computer skills, including the use of Word. Excel, Outlook and enterprise management software is compulsory
• Ability to work independently and with a team and communicate effectively
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a high-speed production environment
• Willingness to be flexible with work
• Ability to develop and execute business progression plans
• Other requirements as deemed fit by the management.
