We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Agency Manager – Retail

Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Ability to have and will be able to collate District / Unit Sales figures. Manage, mentor and retain a minimum of 15 financial staffs from each District/Unit. Meet company’s minimum set Targets.
Qualification
- Minimum of BSc / HND in any discipline from a recognise University / Higher Institution.
Relevant Experience:
- Must have worked or still working in a recognised composite retail insurance company for a minimum of 3 years with team manager experience.
- Must have an NYSC or Exception Certificate.
Career:
- Opportunity for growth after six months of confirmation.
Remuneration
- Salary: N960,000 – N2,000,000 annually.
- Attractive salary Base Allowance, Personal commission earnings and team’s overriding commissions.
