We are a leading Study Abroad organization dedicated to providing students who are seeking our services for admissions and visa processing to foreign institutions with high-quality study abroad experiences. We also provide requisite trainings for IELTS and related courses; and we need a dedicated individual to help us provide exceptional customer service and support to our students and clients.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer (Study Abroad & Training Organisation)

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Port Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to student inquiries and support requests, providing timely and effective resolutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Assisting students with the study abroad application process, including admissions, visa processing, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
  • Collaborating with the organization’s study abroad advisors and other support staff to address student needs and concerns.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the student experience and sharing feedback and insights with the organization’s leadership team.
  • Contributing to the development of customer service processes and protocols to ensure the highest levels of service and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (First class or 2:1) or HND (Distinction or Upper Credit).
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or related roles, preferably in a higher education or international education setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students and provide effective solutions to their questions and concerns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, chatbots, and help desk software.
  • Knowledge of international education and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or relevant work experience.
