Job Description
- Engage and manage a pipeline of chemists (PPMVs), retail pharmacies and effectively communicate the benefits and values of Remedial health.
- Learn and implement our unique sales process to develop, own, and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Client training on use of Remedial’s platform and ordering process
- Timely Delivery of ordered products by your clients
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Market research activities as mandated by the company.
- Manage both inbound and outbound sales and Work with new clients to ensure success.
- Review data and trends to support interpretation and strategy development
- Support implementation of lead-generation strategies.
- Support planning and management of group-based education and sales events.
- Support planning and implementation of marketing materials and strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with fellow Associates and managers.
- Support development of new channels and account growth strategies.
- Customer account management, client success and re-activation of inactive clients.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Person Specification
- Bachelor Degree, OND, HND with 1 – 3 years work experience in a relevant field
- Previous work experience in similar position will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Must be resident in one of the following locations: (Lagos, Ondo, Ogun, Oyo).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Applicants should be open to resuming immediately.
- Possess Valid drivers’ license with more greater than 2 years driving license.
