Job Title: Regional Manager, North

Job Summary

  • Reporting to Head of Corporate Marketing, the Regional Manager will oversee the Northern Region’s marketing initiatives and administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the Group’s Sales Strategy in the Northern Region to consistently optimize the Business’s commercial performance.
  • Drive the Region’s revenue generation initiatives
  • Develop new business plan for the Region and enforce execution.
  • Drive Mutual’s active participation (in) the Public Sector Accounts.
  • Drive proportional increase on (existing) accounts.
  • Responsible for management of relationship with Brokers within the Northern Region.
  • Responsible for managing workforce and all company activities (in) the Region.
  • Ensure exceptional customers’ service and customer engagement within the Region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized Polytechnic. ACII and/or MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 12 years working experience in a similar senior management role within the Insurance Industry
  • Extensive experience in managing public sector accounts
  • Exceptional Customer relationship
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
