Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Project Management/Best Practices.
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices.
- Implement changes and steps to increase the team’s productivity.
- Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the methodologies’ efficiency.
- Formulating techniques for effective Product Backlog Management.
- Ensure that goals, scope and product domain etc. are understood by every member in the Scrum Team properly.
- Understand and practice agility.
- Lead and coach successful scrum adoption.
- Facilitate Scrum events as requested or needed.
- Help the development team to create high-value products.
- Remove project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Lead, IT Program Delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc in STEM Course.
- Agile Scrum Master certification.
- 6 – 8 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum practices.
- MSC in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science.
- PSM II, PSM III, PMI-ACP.
