Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. This individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
  • They will use their passion for analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics.
  • They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.

Responsibilities
Job Description:

  • Manage daily operations at the store.
  • Network with key customers/corporate customers on regular basis to enable regular enquiries and sales
  • Strategize new opportunities to increase sales of the store.
  • Solutions and quotations to customers.
  • Driving customer experience- display upkeep & hygiene, as well as SKU management.
  • Timely and satisfactory resolution of customer grievances, if any.
  • Report sales/contact activities in available CRM Software.
  • Achievement of revenue targets- Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification.
  • 3 – 5 years work experience.

Skills Requirements:

  • Passion for sales.
  • Team Management skills.
  • High learning agility- Product Knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Thorough understanding of the company’s business processes and the industry at large.
  • Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
