Job Description
- To ensure effective monitoring of clients’ benefits applications and that all customer transactions are called over timely to detect or prevent any service exception.
- To proactively resolve customer-related issues and where necessary ensure quick service recovery.
Qualification
- First Degree Field of Study – General Social Science
Experience:
- 3-4 Years’ experience in Business Support and Wealth Management functions
