Summary
- To provide secretarial and administrative services to the Ashaka MD and lead office support staff
Responsibilities
Office Supervisor:
- Perform action tracking, maintaining pending files and log off due dates to ensure timely reply or action
- Composing routine correspondence and reviewing correspondence for signature
- Carry out coordination with other offices
- Scheduling, planning and coordinating meetings and conferences
- Arrangement of flight tickets and logistics
Receptionist / Secretary:
- Receives office visitors and schedules appointments
- Perform filing systems design and maintenance
Key Performance Indicators
- % of late replies correspondence
- No. of missing files
- Number of complaints Received
- No. of accidents recorded against zero targets
Interfaces:
- Internal: All staff
- External:All external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A good University Degree in any Course
- Minimum of 5 years experience
