Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Officer to join our team at Onehexa.
• As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through effective strategy development and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and business growth
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Manage sales pipelines and exceed targets
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 1 – 31 years work experience.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
