Job Title: Field Sales Agent
Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- We are looking for smart field Sales Agent who are able to communicate directly with Prospa members, understand their individual needs, and support and recommend products or services that maximise value.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Responsibilities
- Meet personal and team sales targets using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, presentations, cold calls etc)
- Maintain key member accounts
- Research, analyse, and interpret data from various sources
- Provide support to key members by learning about and satisfying their needs
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective members
- Support the development of sales strategies
- Handle member complaints
- Maintain and expand the members base within assigned territory
Requirements
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent like NCE, Diploma etc
- Previous experience working in Sales
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry trends
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
- Ability to understand member needs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Computer use competency
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N80,000 Monthly (gross) + commission.
