Job Description
- The Fleet Accountant Data / Analyst at Danco Petroleum will be responsible for providing management with accurate and timely financial information derived from daily bookkeeping and conducting thorough analysis to support business decision-making.
- The incumbent will oversee the daily financial operations of the fleet, manage impress and other financial records, calculate driver salary tax and pension, allocate costs to the fleet, and prepare financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate daily bookkeeping records of fleet operations and income.
- Allocate costs appropriately to the fleet, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Manage and maintain impress and other financial records related to fleet operations.
- Calculate driver salary tax and pension deductions in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and generate financial statements for management review and analysis.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
Requirements
- ND, HND, or B.Sc in Accounting or a related field.
- Experience in transport management or a similar role, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software.

2.) Workshop Supervisor

- The Workshop Supervisor at Track & Win transport Ltd will be responsible for efficiently planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for all assigned jobs in the workshop fabrication base, prioritizing work based on urgency.
- The incumbent will oversee daily repairs and maintenance activities, monitor workshop tools and equipment, inspect fleets for maintenance planning, coordinate emergency rescue operations, and manage the monthly and annual budget of the workshop.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for assigned jobs in the workshop fabrication base, considering work priority.
- Coordinate emergency rescue operations when required, ensuring prompt and effective response.
- Manage the monthly and annual budget of the workshop, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.
- Conduct daily repairs and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of workshop tools and equipment.
- Inspect fleets regularly to identify maintenance needs and plan accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and budget expenditures.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of ND, HND, or BSc in Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of truck repairs, particularly in (Mark and Home).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly.
- Proficient in maintaining records and generating reports.
- Proven experience in workshop supervision or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Range
N100,000 – N150,000 / month.

3.) Transport Officer

- The Transport Officer is responsible for the efficient management of the company’s fleet of vehicles.
- This includes planning driver routes, monitoring truck movement, and conducting regular inspections of the fleet.
- The Transport Officer also reports on truck and driver behavior, maintains documentation of the fleet, and attends to driver complaints.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure their roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor truck movements while in transit, ensuring adherence to planned routes and schedules.
- Attend to driver complaints and concerns, promptly addressing and escalating them to the appropriate operators or supervisors.
- Manage money talk accessories and conduct regular audits to ensure proper handling and accountability.
- Report any observed truck or driver behavior that may impact safety or operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of fleet activities, including driver logs and vehicle maintenance records.
- Develop and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for the fleet, coordinating with maintenance personnel to ensure timely servicing and repairs.
- Keep proper vehicle records, including registration documents, insurance information, and maintenance history.
Requirements
- ND, HND, or BSc in Transport Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the transport field, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / month.

4.) Storekeeper

- We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Storekeeper for our Truck Parts Store at Danco Group. The Storekeeper will be responsible for effectively managing inventory and maintaining the store’s operations.
- This includes receiving, storing, and issuing truck parts, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining accurate stock records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management principles.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming truck parts, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Properly store truck parts in designated locations, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement of truck parts to avoid stock-outs.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to coordinate the timely delivery of truck parts.
- Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, following proper handling and storage guidelines.
- Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management software or manual systems.
- Prepare and issue truck parts based on requests and work orders, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Conduct regular stock counts to reconcile physical inventory with recorded quantities.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control measures to optimize efficiency and minimize losses.
Requirements
