1.) Digital Marketer
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Create content pillars to help with building overall social media strategies.
- Work with the creative director as well as the sales/ customer service executive to create marketing strategies for the brand.
- Curate trendy and relatable content to go on all Odio Mimonet’s social media platforms.
- Manage the company website, track the website traffic flow, and provide internal reports on website activities to be reviewed monthly.
- Upload images and videos on all social media platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and orders on Instagram, Twitter/other approved social media platforms.
- Prepare monthly newsletters, broadcast messages, and create content for email marketing.
- Develop, execute and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Work with the designer and sales/ customer service executive to create monthly content calendars.
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, take pictures of people/outfits, and edit them.
- Create, edit and post video content on all social media platforms e.g. reels, Instagram stories, etc.
- Manage and run ads on Instagram.
- Coordinate online advertising, regularly review and amend keywords to optimize performance.
- Record and communicate inquires, order details, and feedback on Instagram to the sales/ customer service executive to be processed or resolved.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in online marketing.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a First Degree with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

2.) Bookkeeper
Job Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording financial transactions, such as income, expenses, and inventory, in the accounting system.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and purchase orders, and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a regular basis or as requested.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records, including tax withholdings, benefits, and deductions.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate financial data and insights.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 – 3 years of work experience.
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
Salary
N100,000 – N180,000 monthly.

3.) Auditor

Description
- Plan and execute comprehensive financial and operational audits in accordance with established audit plans and procedures.
- Review and assess the company’s financial statements, internal controls, and operational processes to identify potential risks, errors, or non-compliance.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct interviews, gather documentation, and perform data analysis to obtain a thorough understanding of the audited areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational performance.
- Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures to assess the reasonableness of financial statements and identify anomalies or irregularities.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- 2 – 4 years of work experience.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly desirable.
- Proven work experience as an Auditor or in a related role, preferably in a public accounting firm or internal audit department.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and practices, including Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry-specific standards (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley Act, COSO framework).
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.

4.) Senior Accountant
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday
Duties / Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements
- Examine and analyze the company’s accounts
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.
- Prepare pay slips for all employees based on schedule and emails accordingly
- Work with CEO on pricing new company products
- Ensure that proper documentation is in place
- Review current practices and processes to ensure that they can support the business and are in line with statutory requirements
- Ensure statutory remittances, including VAT, WHT, pension, business premises fees, development fees for staff, and PAYE are collated and payment is made to statutory agencies based on scheduled timelines.
- Perform any other task assigned
Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting from an accredited institution.
- ICAN or ACCA certified with not less than 5 years of experience in the field of accounting
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office
- ACA/ACCA Certified
- Has experience within the production, manufacturing and/or hospitality industry.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proven knowledge of management accounting and tax laws
- Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
Salary
N250,000 – N300,000 monthly.

Job Overview
- Maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Monitor and control inventory, ensuring accurate recording of stock movements and conducting periodic stock reconciliations.
- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making, such as profitability analysis, cost control measures, and pricing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the supermarket.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
