1.) Finance Associate
Job Location: Lagos
Job Objective / Purpose Of Job
- Supports management planning and decision-making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information; recommending actions.
Responsibilities
- Defines financial situation by completing quantitative analyses.
- Evaluates optional plans by identifying outcomes and potential returns.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintain both the financial and cash budget
- Performs financial analysis (ROI, Cost/ Benefit, NPV) of new and existing products.
- Values assets by appraising current condition; assessing potential.
- Recommends financial actions by assessing options in relation to organization goals.

2.) IT Auditor
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Objectives
- Conduct audit engagements for all network security and digital channels to ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines,
- Investigate system errors,
- Review system access administration and recommend appropriate controls to improve the systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Network Security audit -IT infrastructure
- Conduct audit of the digital channels – collection and payment channels
- Identify control deficiencies in Technology division (audit, risk assessment of people, process, infrastructure) and escalate deficiencies to stakeholders
- Prepare audit reports
- Follow up on outstanding audit issues
- Review of Network and User Administration activities
- Audit of Information Security
- Conduct audit of Web and Mobile solutions
- Audit of Partnership and Collaboration
- System Investigations
- Coordinate awareness sessions on Information Security
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 4-5 years of experience

3.) Legal Associate
Job Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time
Reports To: Head, Legal and Compliance
Job Objective/ Purpose of Job
- The Legal Associate shall be responsible for monitoring and/or advising on all legal matters, commercial contracts, and agreements.
- The Legal Associate shall also ensure the company complies with the statutory and corporate governance practices and guidelines as observed in the insurance industry.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters.
- Provide commercial legal support to all departmental projects and job functions.
- Assist in the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure (internal & external) compliance with laid down guidelines, regulations, policies and procedures; investigate issues of non-compliance as may be required.
- Ensure the development of service level agreements for service support and delivery.
- Monitor the maintenance of the registers and other records required to be maintained by the Company under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).
- Review and advice management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures.
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements.
Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies Requirements:
- A graduate Degree in Law (minimum of Second Class Lower).
- A minimum 5 – 7 years of post NYSC experience.
- Member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Functional/ Technical:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law; commitment and enthusiasm in the delivery of the organizations objectives.
