Job Title: POS Support Representative

Location: Agege / Lekki / Victoria Island – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Job Description

• Configuration ofPOS terminals upon request.
• Troubleshooting of POS terminals.
• Regular visits and support of merchants to ensure up-time on POS terminals.
• Managing POS Merchant settlements & reconciliation.
• Render excellent customer services to merchants.

Qualifications

• HND / BSc in any discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience as a POS Support Representative.
• Only Candidates who live around the job’s location will be considered.

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Must be highly organized.
