Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Adamawa
Description
- The position of a Customer Service Assistant will primarily serve as a front desk person.
- She/he will provide contacts with essential information regarding courses available. Also, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for counseling potential students on course suitability.
Requirements for the Position
- Diploma in any Arts or Social Science discipline.
- At least One (1) year experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of IT applications.
- Must have pleasant disposition and friendly personality
- Must have high degree of patience and understanding
- Skills in effective communication and public presentations.
