Job Summary

  • We are seeking talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Executives to join our marketing team.
  • As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and generate leads.
  • We are looking for individuals who possess a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, stay abreast of industry trends, and have a passion for creating effective online campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand promotion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors, and use insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (such as Google Ads, social media advertising, display advertising) to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for digital marketing campaigns, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email marketing, and advertisements.
  • Manage and optimize company website content, ensuring it is search engine optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand’s messaging and objectives.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful graphics, videos, and other digital assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, including database segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and manage social media accounts, creating engaging and shareable content, and actively engaging with followers and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, techniques, and industry developments, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies into the marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and brand representation.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities, such as partnerships, influencers, and emerging platforms, and propose innovative strategies to drive growth.
  • Stay informed about data privacy regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines in all digital marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
  • 2 – 5 years work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Understanding of website analytics and key metrics, and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content for various digital channels.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and feedback.
  • Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

Salary
N45,000 – N70,000 monthly
