1.) HR / Admin Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Brief
- Responsible for smooth running of the Office and provide Administrative and HR Support.
Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Support in the Management of Company Assets, Office Supplies Including Inventory & Purchasing.
- To be the First point of contact for general enquiries.
- Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
- Perform operational procedures and practices, recordkeeping systems, forms controls, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers.
- Preparation of reports, analysing data, and provide/process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about services.
- Perform skilled and responsible administrative works.
Human Resources:
- To ensure accurate and up to date maintenance of employee files and database.
- To assist with recruitment process, co-ordinate and oversee employees on-boarding.
- Collaborate with HR Executives to resolve employee queries, concerns and conflicts.
- To assist in payroll preparation by collating relevant data.
- Carryout other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Industrial and Labour Relations / Business Management / or relevant Degree.
- Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office to include: Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point. Other relevant program is an advantage
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

2.) Business Development Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager with an average of 4 years experience that will be responsible for the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategy of the business.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in building relationship with potential agents, retaining of existing agents and ensuring consistent Sales growth.
Job Description
- Create a 360-degree marketing strategy to expand the agent database and achieve monthly sales target.
- Identify new markets for brand building of the lotto games and analyse agents’ feedback and market data.
- Initiate market research studies, analyze data, and present findings to the Zonal Head
- Advise agents with respect to new products and existing products improvement.
- Gain and maintain a high level of understanding of the company product, solutions, and services.
- Onboard and pursue leads and maintain close relationship with potential agents.
- Develop daily goals for the sales team to ensure sales target and business growth are met.

Job Requirements
- First Degree / HND in Marketing and Sales or related course.

3.) Blockchain Marketing Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for a Blockchain Marketing Manager who will be in charge of developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, growth, strategic plan, analytics and operations, to strengthen the overall market presence.
Block Chain Manager should be able to carry out the following:
- Create market fit and demand for our products
- Follow up on project progress and collect requirements based on market feedback
- Execute inbound lead generation and client acquisition strategies through multichannel campaigns, including email, webinars, and social platforms
- Provide advice and basis for production iteration, business scope expansion, and market strategy optimization
- Evaluate and study past marketing campaign data, ROAS, and retention targets to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ Years in marketing, with a variety of competencies
- Cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing is a must
- Experience with marketing automation (Pardot or Hubspot), CRM, CMS, Search and Display, Paid Social and analytics platforms
- Experience in implementing and deploying SEO-optimised content campaigns across Web3 social media channels is a must
- Hands-on experience working on platforms such as Truffle, Ethereum, Hyperledger, etc
- Strong Communication skills
- Data and Result Oriented
- Understanding of the Web3 Industry, experience in Defi and other industry-related knowledge
- Ability to withstand work pressure
- Relevant Certifications.
Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 / Month.
