We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Product Manager
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a roadmap of feature sets and capabilities for the product
- Manage the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Prepare & deliver slide presentations and solution demonstrations of existing and new software products and solutions to customers.
- Create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Product Specialist and contribute and approve the product-related Business Requirements Documents.
- Define product strategy and roadmap
- Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company’s current and future needs.
- Market research and analysis in identifying new products and existing products enhancement.
- Work with respective product team to define product requirements
- Assist to develop and deploy key market messages and communication strategies for the product line including Release Notes, demonstrations, and Improvement Reports.
- Validate detailed specifications and development costing versus market potential and future predictable revenue
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research using multiple channels supported by on-going calls and visits to customers and prospects.
- Documentation of software functional specifications and top-level system architecture
- Coordinate product training plan internal and external clients
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the analysis and presentation of products,create strategies by which technology will be developed or adapted to meet market needs and leverage opportunities.
- Analyze metrics to continually improve company products.
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience working in a software company within the product or similar function
- Comfortable multi-tasking and supporting multiple projects
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Office desktop applications, inclusive of Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook. Microsoft
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams

2.) Application Support Engineer
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Certify compliance of On-site IT Systems infrastructure to requirements & specifications for every Solution Deployment.
- Administration &Support of Web and Databases Servers
- Logging & Documentation of Deployment configurations and System Patching.
- The Delivery & Administration of Technical Support for Deployed Solutions in accordance with established Service Levels for Clients.
- Internal & On-site Deployment, Patching or System Integration of Software Solutions in Production Environments or Live Service Systems.
- Configuration, Support & Administration of Internal IT systems Infrastructure
Qualification
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MySQL
- Implement, administer and maintain MS Exchange Server
- Implement, administer and maintain MS Sharepoint
- Must understand Extensible Markup Language.
- Knowledge of SQL server. Microsoft
- Must understand the software development lifecycle (agile)
- Must understand the .net framework.

3.) Settlement & Reconciliation Officer
Job Location: Yaba, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Handle settlement of all POS & Card Transactions.
- Reconcile all POS Accounts / WEB transactions against merchants.
- Ensure wrong postings of transactions are reversed.
- Handle settlement complaints (Shortages and Non-settlement).
- Respond and process chargeback dispute/resolution.
- Liaise with Bank Settlement team to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to the settlement account.
- Carry out income/fee’s reconciliation with Settlement banks, NIBSS and other clients and ensuring value is transferred to the account promptly.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of and correct postings of all cards and other electronic channels transactions.
- Perform collections and settlements reconciliation and provide report to Head, reconciliation, and settlement.
- Support each bank relationship officer and E-business team in resolving settlement and reconciliation issues.
- Attend to all queries from clients on payments and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Verify the incoming and outgoing payment reports.
- Liaise with Bank reconciliation team to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to settlement account
Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc in related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same role
