1.) Field Sales Representative

Job Description
- “Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods.
- Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long-lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Graduates with a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND).
- 0 – 2 years of work experience.
- Must have completed the mandatory NYSC.
- Between 21 – 30 years.
- Must reside around the region or its environs.
Salary
N62,000 monthly

2.) Head, Learning and Development
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will identify training and developmental needs of external organizations and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the organization.
- Serve as Chief Business Development Officer (Sales)for all learning services
- Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Develop training content as solutions to clients employee knowledge and or skills gaps
- The overall responsibilities include: Identifying and assessing future and current training needs, developing an overall or individualized training and development plan and deploying a wide variety of training methods for client organizations.
- Module development for each sectoral trainings and technical support to all programs capacity building activities
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / M.Sc / MBA in HR, Management, Business or another related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outsourcing, consulting, training, employee development, leadership and organization development;
- Proven track record/ work experience as a training manager/designer;
- Excellent selling skills and proven sales track record ( selling of training services specifically)
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs;
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong business development skills and proven evidence of such
- Strong contacts at all levels of the economy
- Good computer and database skills;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Must have excellent project management skills.
- Ability to gather and evaluate information/data to identify opportunities.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc);
- Excellent communication and leadership skills;
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
- Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals;
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
Event Monitoring:
- To ensure timely event detection with a view to averting critical incidents or proactively managing the outcome of such events.
- To ensure that incidents are created for all critical events and escalated necessary to guaranty the shorted resolution timeframe
Qualifications
- B.Sc or B.Eng in Computer Science / Business Information Technology
- Programming or SQL scripting skills is required.
- ITIL foundation experience added advantage
