Centre for Research in Enterprise and Action in Management (CREM Nigeria) – Our client, a growing Microfinance bank, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• The ideal candidates can preferably be an HND / B.Sc / in any related discipline.
• Can be a Male or Female
• Can be between 28- 45years old at the time of application. (There can be flexibility for suitable candidates)
• In-depth knowledge of the MS-Office,

Experience:

• 1- 3 years in microfinance banking operations as loan officers.
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Well-organized and result oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.
• Should be bold and have good communication skills.

Salary

• N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
• Benefits include HMO and accommodation in all branches.
