1.) Electrical Engineer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Design, control, and implement electrical systems and products
- Develop electrical construction processes according to global engineering codes and standards
- Manage engineering projects and deliver them on time
- Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems
- Summarize data and report on test results
- Examine needs on new equipment, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
- Define customer needs and requirements
- Ensure that installations and applications are in line with customer needs and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and apply new system processes
- Monitor maintenance and inspection plans.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 5 – 9 years of work experience.
- Proven expertise as an electrical engineer
- Problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Hands-on experience using design and calculation software
- Deep knowledge of electrical construction processes
- Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.

2.) Facility Officer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Continuous operational management of the facility to ensure the optimal functionality of the property and its critical facilities.
- Assist with the delivery of repairs and estate management policies and carry out estate management inspections on all of the properties in conjunction with the Facility Manager
- Sourcing, overseeing and coordinating the activities of all contractors, service providers and artisans.
- MBWA (Manage by Walking Around) to determine the performance of key service providers
- Proactively manage rent arrears to ensure that they are kept to an agreed minimum
- Participate in out of hours emergency maintenance service.
- Ensure rent and service charges collection is effective across all tenancies
- Ensure tenancy compliance with the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.
- Provide technical advice to other team members/other staff or to tenants
- Provide the Facility Manager with reports on contractors’ performance, cost and service and monitor quality and value for money
- Responsible for undertaking the inspection of properties during and after the defect’s liability period in conjunction with the Development Section. Carry out pre and post-inspections of reactive repairs jobs within agreed timescales.
- Carry out other duties, within the scope of the job, and meet the needs and requirements of the business.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 8 years of work experience.
Salary
N150,000 – N180,000 monthly.

3.) MEP Design Engineer / Mechanical Engineer
Job Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer/draftsman to join our construction, engineering & design team.
- Serve as HVAC, electrical and plumbing designer
- Install differential pressure sensor, temperature sensor and flow sensor on air handling unit.
- Supervise HVAC, Electrical and plumbing installations
- Supervise wet services such as plumbing, firefighting, water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant
- Prepare BOQ for plumbing, fighting and HVAC works
- the necessary calculations for the development of Mechanical/Plumbing systems – Pipe/tubing diameters, pumps, cooling load calculation.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP-Revit for 3D modelling.
- Proficiency in plumbing and HVAC design
- In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, and codes.
Remuneration
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly
