Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for School Operations Manager. Preferred candidates will be responsible for assisting the Head Teacher to coordinate and manage school activities, supervising support personnel and ensuring the school maintains operational excellence.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate with Head Teacher to maintain a positive and safe learning environment
  • Manage all school scheduling, special events, transportation, maintenance, playgrounds and cleaning
  • Support the Head Teacher in the development and management of the annual budget to ensure that school meets its financial goals
  • Responsible for school safety plan – disaster preparation, fire drills, pupils, staff, parent, public safety, and student health
  • Monitor, update and maintain accurate student records and student data and attendance student information system
  • Manage school’s inventory process and Maintain equipment, textbooks and supplies
  • Responsible for school public relations and communications plan to parents and pupils
  • Oversees admin unit and acts as human resource administrator as it relates to staff information and benefits
  • Oversee all janitorial staff to ensure that the facility is well maintained
  • Oversees facilities management and provides any needed facility related initiatives
  • Create a culture of service and support all personnel to excel in their roles

The Person

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc qualification
  • 2+ years’ experience working in related role
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone hardworking, trustworthy & genuine.
  • Excellence driven, accountable and resilient

Skills Required:

  • Team first attitude and a positive can-do attitude
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Result oriented with drive to get things right first time
  • Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and multi-tasking ability
  • Superb communication, leadership, and management skills
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and implementation skills

What’s on Offer

  • Salary range: N80,000 – N120,000 Monthly
