We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Assesses customer needs, effectively describe and sell IT products and services that can meet the needs.
  • Sell the company’s products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects.
  • Recommend solutions to any difficulties/Pain Points faced by the clients.
  • Sells solutions and consulting services to existing and prospective customer and meet set targets.
  • Provide support for facilitating and assisting customers identify their current IT needs and work with company’s SME and partners to propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain healthy pipeline for the accounts being managed and ensure accountability for the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts.
  • Provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore enhancing relationships with the clients
  • Identify new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits.
  • Closely study the current market trends for products and identify enhancements.
  • Work with internal and external support teams including partners to achieve desired business outcomes

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.Tech / B.Eng with minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in Science, Engineering or Management disciplines.
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience working as sales executive, account manager or sales manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT Solutions and Consulting Practice.
  • Sales and/or presales certification in IT Solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in developing and delivering attractive presentations.
