Job Description
- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
- To develop various business segments as per the sales strategy.
- To train Financial Planners working closely with the Training unit.
- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations.
Requirements / Skills
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / BA / HND qualification with 3 – 10 years work experience.
- Leadership skills to supervise staff, mentor new staff and delegate tasks.
- Confidence, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, motivation, decision-making and communication.
Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly
